Ghee is the most commonly used food item in Indian households. Be it as a replacement for cooking oil, or as a spread for rotis and bread, ghee is consumed almost daily.

Being such an important and versatile product, ghee needs to be stored correctly. Just like any other consumable, desi ghee can get spoiled quite easily, which is why you need to ensure that it is stored in the right conditions.
